While my professional journey has taken me to UCLA as an undergraduate and Pepperdine for my Master's degree in Legal Studies, my career has been defined by a commitment to service in law enforcement and public safety. Yet, my soul has always been stirred by the artistry and joy of dessert making.

As I transition from the structured corporate world to the inviting realm of pastry, I bring with me a wealth of experience, a penchant for detail, and a deep-seated love for creating moments of pure sweetness.
